Translation of Kanzul Iman:And if when they do justice unto their souls, then O beloved! They should come to you and then beg forgiveness of Allah and the messenger should intercede for them then surely, they would find Allah Most Relenting, Merciful (4:64)

Excellence of Durud Shareef
The Noble Rasool صلی اللہ تعالی علیہ وسلم has stated, ‘Whoever recites Salat upon me one time, Allah عزوجل sends ten mercies upon him.’ (Sahih Muslim, pp. 166, vol. 1)

Namaaz-e-Khauf as Mentioned in Hadith

Hadith 1: It is reported in Tirmizi and Nasa’i from Abu Hurairah رضی اﷲ تعالیٰ عنہ that Rasoolullah صلی اللہ تعالی علیہ وسلم stopped between Asfaan and Dajnaan. The Mushrikeen said that for them (the Muslims) there is a Namaaz which is more valuable than their fathers and sons, and that is the Asr Namaaz, so keep all arrangements in order, so when they stand for Namaaz, then we will attack them at once (in a flash). Jibra’eel (alaihis salaam) descended to the Beloved Rasool صلی اللہ تعالی علیہ وسلم and said that He صلی اللہ تعالی علیہ وسلم should split his companions into two groups. One group should perform Namaaz behind Rasoolullah صلی اللہ تعالی علیہ وسلم and the other group should stand guard at the rear with shield and weapons, so they will read one Raka’at each (behind Rasoolullah صلی اللہ تعالی علیہ وسلم ), and Huzoor صلی اللہ تعالی علیہ وسلم will perform 2 Raka’ats.

Hadith 2: It is in Sahih Bukhari and Muslim from Jabir رضی اﷲ تعالیٰ عنہ. He says, ‘we were with Rasoolullah صلی اللہ تعالی علیہ وسلم and when we reached Zaat ur Riqa, we left a tree with shade for Rasoolullah صلی اللہ تعالی علیہ وسلم . Rasoolullah صلی اللہ تعالی علیہ وسلم hanged his sword on it. A mushrik (polytheist) appeared and took the sword, unsheathed it and said, ‘Do you fear me?’ He صلی اللہ تعالی علیہ وسلم said, ‘No!’ He (the mushrik) said, ‘So who will save you from me?’ He صلی اللہ تعالی علیہ وسلم said, ‘Allah!’ When the Sahaba-e-Kiraam saw this, they threatened him. He put the sword back into the sheath and hanged it (on the tree). Thereafter the Azaan was called out. Huzoor صلی اللہ تعالی علیہ وسلم performed two Raka’ats Namaaz with one group, then they moved back and He صلی اللہ تعالی علیہ وسلم prayed two Raka’ats with the second group. So, Huzoor صلی اللہ تعالی علیہ وسلم performed four Raka’ats and the people performed 2 Raka’ats each (behind Rasoolullah صلی اللہ تعالی علیہ وسلم ).
Ya Allah عزوجل of Mustafa  صلی اللہ تعالی علیہ وسلم! We make sincere Dua that  blesses us all with strength in Imaan and true love for the Holy Prophet  صلی اللہ تعالی علیہ وسلمand for all those who follow that which has been taught and commanded by Him. Amin! (Source: Extracted from Bahaar-e-Shariat Volume 4)
